Care Instructions:

Store the band in an open air environment when not in use. Avoid unnecessary tugging/pulling on the elastic cords.

 

Cleaning Instructions:

Option 1: Turn the band inside out and gently massage the fabric with soap and water. Let air dry.

Option 2: Turn the band inside out and place in a mesh laundry bag. Place the bag in the washing machine and set the temperature to cool/cold. After the wash cycle is complete, place the bag in the dryer. Set the dryer to "low heat." *Frequent washing and drying of the band may degrade its durability.

 

Q: Do you offer bulk order pricing?

A: Yes, we do offer a discount for bulk orders (10 band minimum). Please send us an email at info@scoreitband.com for details.

 

Q: Do you plan on offering additional customization options?

A: Yes, we are a growing business and hope to provide additional customization options in the future. We will keep you updated!

 

Q: I received a shipping notification for my order, but not all the items I ordered are in the shipment. Why is this?

A: Some of our apparel items may require up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. In this case, you will receive separate packages for your order.

 

Return/Exchange/Warranty Policies

You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of purchase.

-All items must include original packaging.

-Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

-Clearance items are final. No returns or exchanges.

-Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent.
